Regulation Update Nov. 2009
The Transitional Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario recently had its inaugural meeting on November 3rd, marking another milestone, and the next significant step toward finalizing the regulation process. The fact that Ontario homeopaths now have recognition under the Regulated Health Professions Act is due in large part to our efforts and to your unwavering support. We now step back as The Transitional Council moves forward on behalf of the homeopathic profession as a whole, working to define and establish the terms of regulation. Our hearty congratulations to all members of the Transitional council.

'Homeopathic Doctor' and 'H.D.' is a registration category granted by the OHA in recognition of a Homeopath's achievement in educational excellence. This title is not at this time reflected in the Homeopathy Act, 2007, though we continue to advocate for this title for qualified Homeopaths.
